APPETIZER – choose one
Handmade and tender from certified Black Angus, with a touch of parmesan cheese. Served in our warm San Marzano tomato sauce with caramelized onions and a dollop of locally produced ricotta.
Piping hot basil-scented house made marinara with a dollop of locally produced, hand-packed ricotta cheese, served with grilled crostini.
THREE CHEESE RAVIOLI
Red beet heart-shaped ravioli, filled with hand-packed ricotta, mozzarella and Grana Padano cheese, served with Chef Eduardo’s special brown butter sauce.
Roasted red beets, mixed greens and orange segments with goat cheese dried cranberries, red onions and toasted pecans, with house-made orange champagne vinaigrette.
ENTRÉE – choose one
Penne pasta tossed in homemade San Marzano tomato sauce and fresh basil with bite-size pieces of fresh mozzarella.
Pan seared in a white wine, lemon and butter sauce with capers and artichoke hearts
SCALLOPINI DI POLLO
Thin slices of chicken breast, sautéed in extra virgin olive oil and garlic, then pan-braised in a sauce of lemon, white wine, capers and butter
DESSERT – choose one
A red velvet layer topped with a creamy cheesecake layer and baked on a dark chocolate crust.
A classic Italian mélange of espresso-Marsala soaked ladyfingers, dusted with cocoa, then layered with Mascarpone and freshly whipped cream.
